Services:

Luxama Travel, LLC will arrange with each client to provide organized bespoke services, experiences, accommodations, and a complete bespoke itinerary for their vacation in the country of Italy and other select European countries on the desired dates requested by the client.

Payment:

In order for Luxama Travel, LLC to curate and organize a personalized vacation itinerary, the client must pay the Luxama Travel Booking Fee. Total expenses for the Luxama Travel Booking Fee is based upon the amount of persons in the client's party and the amount of days spent on vacation. All of the details of the client's vacation and booking fee agreement will be discussed with the client and Business owner during a thirty minute complimentary "Discovery Call". The Booking fee must be paid in full after the client signs the "Luxama Travel Booking Fee Agreement".

After a complete and successful payment of the Booking Fee, the business owner will provide a complete vacation itinerary for the clients and has agreed to organize services, transfers, experiences, as well as offer concierge call service during the clients' entire stay on vacation. Transfer, services and experiences that have been organized by the Business owner will be the clients' responsibility to pay in full. Failure of full payment of either Booking Fee or Luxama Travel Itinerary that includes provided services, experiences, and transfers will result in legal action and cancellation of services against the clients.

Flights and Accommodations will be organized by Luxama Travel, LLC if requested by the client. 

Cancellations:

In the case of a cancellation by the Clients, or by uncontrollable means (i.e. lockdown or state of emergency, family emergency, etc.), the Booking Fee is non-refundable, Luxama Travel, LLC and the Business Owner, have no legal obligation to refund the booking fee. The cancellation policy for the itinerary and accommodations, twenty percent of the payment will be refunded to the Clients. The remaining eighty percent is nonrefundable and Luxama Travel, LLC and the Business owner, have no legal obligation to refund. The cancellation policy for the Land Service, fifty percent, including deposit if canceled between 30 and 21 days before arrival is nonrefundable and Luxama Travel, LLC and the Business owner, have no legal obligation to refund. The cancellation policy for Land services if canceled between 20 and 15 days before arrival is seventy-five percent including the deposit is nonrefundable and Luxama Travel, LLC and the Business owner, have no legal obligation to refund. The cancellation policy for Land services if canceled 14 days before or less before arrival is one hundred percent including the deposit is nonrefundable and Luxama Travel, LLC and the Business owner, have no legal obligation to refund.
